 My name is Sheila Ames. I'm a Registered Nurse (RN), a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, and a Public Speaker. As a health coach my goal is to create a safe and empowered space that allows you to discover your individual healing potential. Just as the body craves nutrient-dense foods, the soul craves motivation and awareness.  

I am a spiritual being that believes in everyone's right to be happy, healthy, and whole. I provide myself as an empathetic, positive conduit to help you achieve the changes that you are looking for. This could be relief from anxiety, pain, depression, or even the removal of blocks that impact your ability to move your life in the way that you want. Through my insight, passion, and dedication, I will provide you with a safe loving place to heal. 

Parent Placement Solutions was started to help seniors and their families in time of need.  W will personally provide you guidance in finding the right community that can provide the proper care and safety while supporting you throughtout the entire  process.
